Islington Link Bridge

10/09/2016 Published By ICL-CMS

From excavation, bore holes and foundations to completion the aim of this contract was to connect two buildings of the same company by use of a steel link bridge.  By keeping in close contact with the Structural Engineer and the client we completed the ground work and installation of all steel structure with little disruption to the clients’ general day to day working schedule.

Each element of the works including 20ton lift and tilt crane, scaffolding and steel structures; cut; welded; shot blasted  primed and erected to within 10mm of the Structural Engineers designs was completed within the programme.

With the link bridge flooring set at a 4 degree angle with a poured concrete floor and externally finished in Green & White Leather grain cladding the final structure blended in with the companies existing surroundings.
